Review it in the editor, adjust anything that needs it, and it goes live. After onboarding, the editor is yours: convert further PDFs anytime, or build new rubrics from scratch.

Any phone, tablet, or laptop. No app to install. TalentRuler runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Your assessor sees two lists: Action needed and Already assessed. They tap a name, grade against the rubric, add comments, attach photo or PDF evidence, and submit.

Scored automatically, filed as evidence

Rubric ratings are averaged into a percentage grade, written into the student record, and checked against your pass threshold. Underperformers are flagged. Re-assessments are kept as history, and each learner can see their latest result. Managers can sort and export every response. Accreditors and awarding bodies can receive the rubric as a branded PDF or Excel file.
